How to Get There / Check In
Check In and Check Out
Check in will begin at 11:00 am EDT at Hobart and William Smith College. The first activity will begin at 1:00 p.m. EDT. At the end of the session, check out will begin at 7:00 a.m. EDT at Hobart and William Smith College.
Shuttle Information
A round-trip shuttle is available as on optional add-on during registration for participants who need transportation between Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) and Hobart and William Smith Colleges (HWS).
The shuttle option includes:
- Transportation from the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) to Hobart and William Smith Colleges (HWS) on Sunday evening.
- Housing Sunday night at Hobart and William Smith Colleges
- Breakfast and lunch on Monday, prior to the official start of the session
- Transportation from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (HWS) to Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) on Saturday
When booking flights, be aware that the Sunday shuttle departs promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please book a flight that arrives no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. The return shuttle will depart Hobart and William Smith Colleges at 7:45 a.m. EDT on Saturday. Return flights should be scheduled for 10:00 a.m. or later on Saturday.
